What’s involved?

As a Store Manager you will do it all: Recruitment, Employee Management, Risk Management, Business Development, Sales, Customer Service, Collections, Administration, Security, Marketing and Mentoring!  You are responsible for the profitability of the store and the management of all its resources including personnel.

The three primary duties of this job are:

• Issuing Loans. As a Store Manager you will handle all facets of the payday loan administration process including:  taking and approving payday loan applications, issuing funds, receiving payments, client management, and exception handling.
• Retention. Your other primary duty will be calling delinquent customers and recovering overdue accounts.
• Customer Service.  Creating a friendly welcoming environment, exception handling, and dispute resolution.

The successful candidate will exhibit the following:

• You have proven success in growing sales and motivating others to grow sales
• You have mastered the balance of managing risk and growing sales
• You are very organized. Meticulous by nature, you don’t take shortcuts

• You are a confident self-starter able to work independently while coordinating the team.
• You are an inspiring mentor
• You trust your “Spidey senses”. Sometimes it comes down to your gut feeling.
