I’ve been an on again, off again client of the Hillside Street location of Cash Advantage for a few years now and I felt that it was time to write this quick note.

The staff at this location, Danielle, Cassie and Nina, have always been very helpful and personable every time I am in the store or talk to them on the phone. They have a tough and thankless job that undoubtedly puts a lot of stress on them as they deal with people from various cultural backgrounds and facts of life. They are always quick with a joke and a smile to make the entire loan process easier, and quite simply a pleasure to deal with as a customer.

It is the professional and friendly attitude of your staff that brings me back to use your services above the competition. I feel that in today’s society too much emphasis is put on the negative and that a letter, such as this, should be sent to highlight the good things that these employees are doing for your company.

Cash Advantage has been my “go-to” company for years for Pay Day Loans. I have dealt with others and they pale in comparison. The Manager as well as the Staff he selects are kind, courteous and more than understanding towards the customers who walk through their doors!
