Our Business Hours And Response Time
We are open from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) Monday to Friday. Our goal is to reply to your application within 1 hour during our regular business hours. If you apply on the weekend, we will respond as soon as we can on Monday. Applications are reviewed in the order they are received.
Banking Request
We will be sending you a banking request from FLINKS. You will log into your online banking account, and using the Flinks software a copy of your most recent bank statement will be provided to us. It is a safe secure way to transmit your banking data to us, and your account information and password are NOT stored or transmitted to us or Flinks.
